This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects and what happens to it. This website is run by Ashley Danielle Barbin LLC, doing business as Ashley Danielle Writes.
What I collect
- When you send a note. If you use the contact form, I receive your name, your email, what the note is about, and anything you write.
- When you send your results. The free assessments show your results on your screen. Your answers are not saved or sent anywhere unless you choose to send them to me. If you do, I receive your results with your note.
- When you join my email list. If you sign up for notes, or check the box on the contact form, I receive your email and your first name if you give it. You will get one email asking you to confirm before you are added.
How I use it
- To reply to you.
- To send you occasional notes and new free tools, only if you checked the box.
I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone to market to you.
Services this website uses
- Form delivery. Notes from the contact form are delivered to my email by a form service called Web3Forms.
- Email list. My email list is kept and sent by an email service called Kit. Kit stores your email and first name so I can send you notes.
- Fonts. The website's fonts load from Google Fonts, which may receive basic technical information, like your internet address, when the page loads.
- Links to other websites. Book links go to Amazon, and social links go to those platforms. Their own privacy rules apply once you leave this website.
Your choices
- You can stop getting notes from me at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any note, or by sending me a message.
- You can ask me to delete what you sent me by sending a message through the contact form.
Children
This website is meant for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
